YOU WANT YOUR LIFE BACK…
I get you.
Hello, fellow traveler, it’s nice to meet you!
My name is Lotti Lofgren (formerly Rachel Bellotti), Authenticity + Integrative Life Coach, and the creator of this space. I know first-hand how life can shake us up, spit us out, and make us question who we are and where we belong. I understand how these shake-ups can create obstacles, both internal and external, that keep us stuck in self-sabotage, disconnection, and misery. Regardless of what was thrown at me, my path always somehow led me back to myself, which was unexpected and confusing, because when I got there, I had few tools to know what to do next. This unmet reality and lived experience for me was the inspiration for UN|STUCK.
As youngsters, we learn how to do complicated math, understand literature, create science experiments, the rules to “succeed” according to cultural norms, but we never learn how to be human, how to honor ourselves, our lives, our connections, our impact. We aren’t taught the importance of understanding ourselves and our amazing inner workings. To self-advocate. To genuinely connect with each other. To honor ourselves while also honoring others. To know what to do when shit isn’t working in a way that builds ourselves up. To know and choose what’s best for us without stepping on others to get what we want. To dream on our terms. To fall. To live. So, I went “back to school” in a different way, then harnessed all my learnings and experience in order to advocate for more authenticity in the world. To support people back to themselves when they feel stuck, like I did. To create spaces to get UN|STUCK. To boldly be our truest selves.
I love all parts of being alive and being human - the messy, the adventurous, the passionate, the chaotic, the confusing - all of it. I am a free spirit with a depth of humanity and an innate ability to create space for people to reconnect with themselves and believe in the power of their authenticity. As an Authenticity + Integrative Life Coach, it’s an honor to witness, guide, and support people in re-experiencing who they truly are at a whole-self level, so they can create life on their terms, and ultimately be more in love with being alive, as themselves.
Welcome; you belong here.
Lotti

As a very passionate student of self and advocate for authenticity, below are the specific ways I am continuing to hone my craft of life+soul integration coaching.
Why authenticity + integrative coaching?
My life as I know it completely changed at 14. I was diagnosed with Stage 2 Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, was bullied, stalked, + sexual assaulted while going through cancer. And this all played out within an emotionally chaotic home. By 16, I was doing everything I could to move on from the truth of my reality. I found substances and distractions to try and numb out the painful reality that I couldn’t face yet. I learned how to be a stellar type A (I am not type A), curate a version of myself that was digestible and inspiring for the world, climbed the ladder, tapped out of my authenticity and into the expected grind. This honestly worked for a LONG time. Until it didn’t. As I got older, the facade started to crack. I couldn’t keep it up any more and I crashed hard in my mid 30s. My body would literally not allow me to continue with my old ways and I was forced to deeply face myself. I was diagnosed with complex PTSD and the next few years would be a mix of self-seeking, failed therapy, and eventually I found the right support and gathered the tools that allowed me to truly come back to me (which is honestly a life-long journey, but now I know how to navigate this process of authentic living).
I learned first-hand how trauma can dynamically impact life. These profound and confusing experiences gifted me the opportunity to relate to human suffering with a calm understanding, respectful levity, and empowering stature. Over the years, it has shown me that the human experience is both uniquely individual AND innately universal. Understanding this duality has profoundly changed my life. We are each unique - our stories, our dreams, our strengths, our experiences, our triggers, our journeys - yet we are so much the same. We all have stories, pain, questions, strengths, secrets, excitement, boredom. This ability to relate seemingly unrelated experiences is a thread that has served me throughout my life in varying capacities, channels, and modalities.
I have always had an insatiable curiosity about the meaning of life, what it means to be “me”, and our purpose as humans, immersing myself in all modalities that could provide insights to these burning questions. Who am I? What does it mean to be myself and follow my heart? What the hell is authenticity? What does it actually mean to live in a way that is true to myself? How do I consistently be true to myself?
I explored Landmark, StrengthsFinder, 12-step programs, influential podcasts, cacao, plant medicine, energy work, shamanic journeying, art-based modalities, movement, books, a 200-hour yoga certification, the 5-love languages, personality tests like Myers-Briggs, Reiki, Shambhala meditation, nutrition, stress triggers, breath work, therapy, numerology, human design, gene keys, astrology, and more. All of these planted seeds and at times have (or had) their place in my life, but it wasn’t until I faced my own self in the mirror and stopped using modalities and tools to define me that I found lasting impact and deep understanding of how to live life for me. My life changed the day I realized that I was the only person who had my answers. And coaching was the place I discovered this first-hand. Instead of looking for my answers in all these tools and techniques, I started using the tools and techniques to get to know myself. I stopped seeking answers outside of myself and instead used every moment and experience to practice listening to the answers/truth/wisdom that were already inside me. I found more creativity, more resourcefulness, more intuition, more trust, more space, more courage, more empowerment and self agency. This was groundbreaking for me and I wanted to bringing more of THIS to the world!
This practice of genuine self-curiosity in each moment, allowed me to start to see/hear/learn where my conviction lived and where it didn’t. What I liked and what I didn’t. What worked for me and what didn’t. What I wanted and what I didn’t. I am constantly learning as I am constantly experiencing new things. What has changed is that I now trust myself in every experience that comes my way and I trust in my direction and my ability to adapt and shift if needed. To keep growing. To say oops. To pick myself back up. To feel and keep moving. And to have a little more fun along the way, even when things get really serious.
This is the space I innately know how to create for my clients - to reconnect with their authentic power, have a conversation with their highest potential, and live an inspiring and impactful life in their unique way. We will change the world when we can truly know and love ourselves. And from this place we can truly influence the world with integrity and reverence. I’m glad you’re here!
Why UN|STUCK?
We’ve all been there. That crossroads. That ledge. That wall. That moment where we just cannot go on the way it has been, yet unable to take the next step. I have heard it from clients, friends, family, myself. I just feel stuck. The name grew out of this universal reality.
The term “unstuck” actually has a dual-meaning. To loosen/become free, or to become unhinged (when we lose our grip or our way). I love this duality because many times that is exactly how personal development and life can feel! We can experience the reward at the exact same time that we experience the discomfort. It’s a matter of perspective and choice. It’s both. It’s whole. It’s dynamic. It’s layered. It’s human.
While being “stuck” can be frustrating, it has an inherent lightness to it. The name itself suggests a sense of being temporary; that the answer is there we just might not be able to see it - yet.
I BELIEVE
authenticity is a superpower.
growth depends on a commitment to looking inward first - transformation starts from the inside out.
you are always allowed to be exactly where you are.
In THe wisdom of discernment. There is no right or wrong way, only the way that is right for you, if you can listen to your inner wisdom.
in the power of curiosity. Every second, every experience offers the opportunity to objectively discover new data points about who you are and how you operate.
keep showing up.
you are infinitely capable of your wildest dreams.
IN authentic coexistence. To know yourself is to know + connect with humanity.
